The Other Pottery is Gill McMillan an artist who designs and works in clay. Gill’s techniques have evolved over many years and she now specialises in two finishes for her pottery, Porcelain and Earthstone. to which she applies unique glazes. Gill uses similar techniques to also produce a unique range of jewellery.

Gill works and is an artist and potter in clay and began specialising in ceramics Art and Design in Ceramics, she then went to Stoke on Trent Polytechnic and obtained a Masters in Industrial Design. Gill’s pottery is fired in her own studio her studio at the other pottery creates porcelain, earthstone or biscuit and jewellery are all designed and crafted by Gill. Craft and art shows and exhibitions of pottery and thrown pots done on her potter’s wheel are all over Stoke on trent and Staffordshire. Gill as a unique glaze, copper carbonate and bisque firing.
